The following terms and conditions will apply to each booking made: Reservations can be made using the official booking system. The reservation is considered to have been made ONLY after the payment of an advance between 30% and 50% (depending on the period and number of seats requested). The total number of persons staying may not be greater than the number of persons for whom the reservation was made and the permissible capacity of the rooms. The rates displayed on the site are accommodation rates per room per night, include VAT, include breakfast for 2 people, but do not include other possible taxes. If the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days before the date of arrival, a penalty equal to the amount of the advance paid shall be charged. In the case of travel packages and special offers for Easter, Christmas and New Year, if the cancellation of the reservation is made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, a penalty equal to the amount of the advance paid will be charged. The reservation before the 60-day deadline can be canceled only by notifying the Casa Poveste Pension, in writing (e-mail), the advance will be returned within 15 days from the date of notification. The reservation of the rooms is made from the moment of payment of the advance, respectively the entry of the money into the account. If the time of arrival is more than 30 days from the time of booking, the price quoted is guaranteed only in case of full payment. For the rest, the price displayed on the site at the time of arrival applies. Children up to 10 years old can sleep in bed for free with their parents. Since all constructions are made of wood, smoking (including e-cigarettes) is allowed ONLY in specially designated places. In the unwanted case, in which the pension staff finds that tourists have smoked in rooms, bathrooms, hallways, verandas or other forbidden places, the tariff per night of the room is increased by 100 EUR for the first offense, and if the tourist relapses, the tariff is increased by 200 EUR for each deviation found. Access with drinks and food from outside the unit is not allowed. Access with pets is not allowed. The stay starts at 15:00 and ends at 12:00. Tourists agree and recognize that furniture, old houses and objects in the hostel are a private collection with historical value and that they will behave responsibly to protect them and avoid possible damage.
