Reservations: Bookings can be made using our official reservation system.
Confirmation of Reservation: A reservation is considered confirmed ONLY after a minimum advance payment of 50% (this percentage may vary depending on the period and number of requested rooms/guests).
Guest Capacity: The total number of guests accommodated cannot exceed the number of individuals for whom the reservation was made and the admitted capacity of the rooms.
Rates: Prices displayed on our website are per room, per night, include VAT, and include breakfast for 2 persons. They do not include any resort taxes or other potential local fees.
Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation is canceled less than 60 days before the arrival date, in case of a no-show, or early departure, a penalty equal to the total amount paid will be charged.
For special tourist packages and offers (e.g., Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve), if the reservation is canceled less than 60 days before the arrival date, in case of a no-show, or early departure, a penalty equal to the total amount paid will be charged.
Reservations can be canceled without penalty only by notifying Pensiunea Casa Poveste in writing (via email) at least 60 days before the arrival date. The advance payment will be refunded within 15 days from the notification date.
Room Confirmation: Room reservation is confirmed from the moment the advance payment is received (i.e., funds clear our account).
Price Guarantee: If the arrival date is more than 30 days from the booking date, the offered price is guaranteed only in case of full payment upfront. Otherwise, the price displayed on the website at the time of arrival will apply.
Children Policy: Children up to 10 years old can sleep free of charge in the parents' bed, paying only for breakfast.
Smoking Policy: Given that all our historic houses are made of wood, smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is permitted ONLY in specially designated areas. In the unfortunate event that our staff finds guests smoking in rooms, bathrooms, hallways, verandas, or other unauthorized areas, the room rate per night will increase by 100 EUR for the first offense. If the guest re-offends, the rate will increase by 200 EUR for each subsequent offense.
Outside Food & Beverages: The access and consumption of food and beverages brought from outside the property are not permitted.
Pets Policy: Access with pets is not permitted at our Bucovina accommodation.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Property Care: Guests acknowledge and agree that the furniture, antique houses, and objects within the guesthouse represent a private collection of historical value. They commit to behaving responsibly to protect them and prevent any potential damage, preserving the unique Bucovina heritage.
Acceptance of Terms: Any reservation completed by the guest, regardless of the booking channel, signifies the guest's acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

We do not assume responsibility for, nor do we analyze, whether ANAF's regulations are in accordance with GDPR provisions.
